Path of Exile 3.25: Beyond and Bridge Farming Strategy

Aug 26, 2024, 09:03:07 PST | Categories : Path of Exile |

Hey everyone, Runway here! With the release of Path of Exile 3.25, we've seen significant shifts in farming strategies, both old and new. Today, I’m excited to share an old yet highly effective farming method that has recently received a much-needed buff. This strategy can potentially earn you up to six PoE Divines per hour, or even more, and it’s surprisingly cost-effective. It’s also great for leveling your gems, so let’s dive in!

Overview of the Strategy

In this guide, we'll focus on leveraging Beyond and Bridge mechanics combined with Etheral Alterations for boosting quantity and rarity of drops. The core of this method involves utilizing Bridge Scarabs to maximize the number of Breaches in each map, while Beyond enhances the overall monster density and loot quality.

The Core Elements

1. Scarab Setup:

• Bridge Scarab of Lordship: This is a crucial component of our strategy. Each Bridge Scarab of Lordship guarantees a Bridge Lord in the map, which significantly increases the chance of finding valuable Splinters and Breachstones. Given its importance, investing in this Scarab is well worth it.

• Bridge Scarab of Splintering: These are budget-friendly and cost around 1k each. They offer a modest boost in the number of Splinters dropped, and since they are relatively inexpensive, they provide a nice bonus without breaking the bank.

• Additional Scarabs: Consider using Bridge Scarabs of Reason and Cascade for added benefits. However, Bridge Scarabs of Snares, while powerful, are quite expensive (around 25k each). If you're looking to keep costs down, it might be better to avoid these until their prices stabilize.

2. Map Setup:

• Preferred Map: I recommend using maps like Mesa, which frequently drop valuable Divination cards, including the Fortunate card. Mesa also has a layout that supports efficient Breach farming.

• Map Rolling: Aim for maps with high quantity and pack size. A quality and quantity of around 100% is ideal. You can also run corrupted maps with eight mods if you have them, as long as they have high pack size and item quantity.

3. Atlas Passives:

• Breach-Related Passives: Invest in passives that enhance Breach mechanics, such as Evolving Hives and Probing for Weakness. Tortured Dreams is particularly important for increasing your chances of rolling valuable Breachstones.

• Beyond Passives: Focus on passives that boost Beyond monsters and their loot drops. Swarming High is useful for increasing the drop rate of Divination cards.

Setting Up for Success

1. Cost and Investment:

• Scarab Costs: The setup should cost around 11k for the entire configuration. This includes:

1k for Bridge Scarab of Lordship

1k for two Bridge Scarabs of Splintering

6k for Map Device Craft (3k each)

3k for additional Bridge Scarabs and other expenses

• Investment Efficiency: The strategy is relatively cheap compared to the potential returns. With a little over 12k in expenses per run, you’re set up for potentially significant profits.

2. Gems and Experience:

• Leveling Gems: Don’t forget to use this opportunity to level up your gems. Popular gems to focus on include Lightning Strike, Automation, Assassin’s Mark, and Elemental Weakness. These can add extra value to your farming runs.

Handling High-Level Challenges

1. Delirium Integration:

• Delirium Mechanics: For more advanced players with strong builds, integrating Delirium can further boost your loot. Delirium adds a significant challenge but also increases rewards, including more Splinters and high-value drops.

• Atlas Passives for Delirium: Invest in passives that enhance Delirium effects if your build can handle it. This includes Mirror of Delirium and Screaming Whispers for increased Splinter stack sizes.

2. Build Considerations:

• Build Strength: Ensure your build is capable of handling the increased monster density and difficulty from Beyond and Delirium. High damage output and survivability are key to maximizing efficiency.

Profit Calculation and Results

After running this strategy for an hour, the results have been promising. On average, players can expect around 6.1 Divines per hour, based on drops and current market values. The strategy also provides solid experience gains, making it a great option for both farming and leveling.

1. Loot Breakdown:

• Chulas: These are valuable and contribute significantly to overall profits.

• Fortunate Divination Cards: These cards are frequently dropped and are worth a considerable amount.

• Miscellaneous Drops: Items like Foress Maps and Augmented Memories can also add to your total earnings.

2. Cost vs. Return:

• Average Profit: Given the setup costs and average drops, players can expect a net profit of around 5 Divines per hour after accounting for expenses. This is a solid return for the investment and effort involved.

Conclusion

The Beyond and Bridge farming strategy in Path of Exile 3.25 offers an excellent balance of high potential rewards and low setup costs. By combining Bridge Scarabs with Beyond mechanics and carefully choosing your map and Atlas passives, you can maximize both your Path of Exile currency drops and experience gains. Keep an eye on scarab prices and adjust your strategy accordingly to maintain profitability.

I hope you find this guide helpful for your farming adventures in Path of Exile 3.25. Remember to check scarab prices, adjust your setup as needed, and enjoy the rewards from this efficient farming method. Happy farming, and see you in Wraeclast!
