They come in difficulty tiers ranging from 1 to 8, with Tier 1 being accessible in World Tier 3 and Tier 8 featuring enemies at levels 180-200. Higher-tier compasses will require Abyssal Scrolls to unlock.

Season 5 introduces over 50 new legendary and unique items. These new items are not only generally available but also specifically target-farmable from the Infernal Hordes activity. Some notable new uniques include:
