What is your reviews on Apex Legends
From the standpoint of a casual gamer this is the reason I believe Apex Legends PC & Mobile has grown rapidly and has begun to surpass other games in terms of the size of the gaming community and overall record-breaking performance.
The first and most important thing is to know that my opinion is entirely based on the capability to play a game with out excessive effort.
Know it is most important aspect to draw the attention of the public in one way or another.
So let's get started.
When you first install the game, it's fairly easy to figure out the next steps.
Your interface is not overloaded with irrelevant (to to begin with) data that just leads you thinking about what should be done before you can begin playing.
First Screen After Beginning The Game
It is evident the load screen appears fairly simple and is far more enjoyable than some wacky animations or menus and settings.
Second Screen before starting to play the game
It starts with an already-selected Legend.
The menus on this page are quite straightforward, with the focus on the button READY.
As a casual player I found it extremely enjoyable, but it was not difficult. In comparison against PUBG and Fortnite with the same interface, this appears to be the most simple and the least cluttered.
What happens when you press ESC
It was designed effectively, as all options are organized in an individual section of the interface, which was actually very simple.
The Audio, Video Keyboard & Mouse settings were simple to navigate and use in conjunction with.
What happens after When You Press Ready
When you locate an online server and connect, which, for me, was very rapid (mere seconds) every time I launched the game, you'd get a display of players connected, and instantly switch to a screen on which you can choose your Legend.
Legend Selection
It's pretty straightforward, two buttons to press on the one hand to select and the second to view the specifics of each legend that you are able to choose. You can find out the passive capabilities of their characters the best, their specific skill/abilities and, of course, their greatest ability.
For those who are not experienced very easy to use and comprehend.
In Game UI
Very clear From A UI standpoint, and the controls and mechanics have been created really easy for anybody to grasp and use. I'm talking about, grenades, abilities, ultimates etc.
This is my view regarding user Interface and the User Experience.
From an Game Mechanics perspective I'd prefer to be a player of Apex in place of Fortnite and PUBG.
These are the key conclusions I have when I consider each of the three games:
1. Pace
Apex is the fastest game with what appears as a more compact map and a smaller pool of players.
It is vitally important as you will never be wandering around for fifteen minutes without seeing anyone or shoot anyone.
This was extremely frustrating because during the game PUBG I could spend hours in collecting items, enhancing weapons and only be killed by a player who was danger, on the top of a hill, and ambushing novices like me.
2. Understanding Weapons
Even though Apex offers 6 different types of weapons: Shotguns, Pistols Assault Rifles, Sniper Rifles LMG's, SMG's and SMG's with each of them having at least two options I learned the mechanisms of each weapon quicker than the other two games.
Why?
It's not that complex beyond the realm of reason.
Yes it is possible to upgrade the weapon using various items that are Common uncommon, Epic and Legendary - but it's designed and executedthat, within three games, you'll start to realize what the ideal upgrade for your weapon would be.
From the normal noob who can master everything in only a couple of games, you don't have to worry about "too too much baggage".
Contrary to Fortnite or PUBG in which you are unable to immediately discern what is the best item to upgrade your weapon which can lead to confusion and frustration.
3. Gameplay
Contrary to Fortnite where you can literally "barricade yourself to be the winner", Apex offers no similar thing. In truth, the main reason I did not like Fornite was the ability to construct walls upon walls, etc.
The game is fast-paced and requires a lot of focus and skill in order to defeat your opponents.
Being from an purely FPS background, in which (if you're skilled enough) such as the CS 1.6 and COD2, where you could almost take down your entire squad This is the closest thing to the type of game that COD2 offers.
In the final phase of the game whatever defenses (and the levels at which they are) and if your weapons are similarly upgraded, you won't see yourself moving around a lot to kill a player. It takes only just a few shots to finish the job.
These are the reasons that led me decide to stop contemplating taking part in Fortnite as well as PUBG and concentrate only on Apex Legends. There's ever a but...
The game isn't flawless. The developers did an excellent job in the beginning, and without much effort in the actual marketing (as as I am able to discern) this is testimony to how great this game actually is.
But, I do believe that the game could benefit from some adjustments in future patches for example:
I. Weapon balance , spawns, ammo/junk
We ought to be able to obtain ammo from the legendary weapon, or at the very least look for the possibility of allowing players to create it, or even get more drop ship ammunition.
II. Basic characteristics
I'm not playing for long enough, however I did encounter lots of whiners as well as generally rude players, for reasons of one or the other.
A system for reporting. This would let us identify the bad apples. In a sport that depends heavily on the team it is good to be able to identify players who are toxic, players who aren't revived, grievers and so on.
It's a simpler method to connect with friends. On PC it isn't easy to connect with other players. isn't easy. Origin does not make it the same easy as it does with Xbox One or PS4. It's easier to create friendships to make better teams.
A feature that allows you that allows you to "stay as a group". This is a feature you can play in many games. I've seen it done in Overwatch for example. It's a simple option to remain together as a team is ideal since forming an appropriate group is crucial when playing against random players.
III. Legend's balancing
Certain Legends seem to be extremely overpowered, and others appear unusable. Sometimes it's just one thing that's just too powerful or doesn't perform well.
